Lynx
Lynx isa nymph, not a goddess, who cast a spell on Zeus to make him fall in love. As punishment, the goddess Hera transformed her into a Wyneck Bird. The bird became a symbol of passionate love. In modern interpretations, the lynx can represent a powerful woman who uses seduction and magic to get what she wants, reflecting societal anxieties about female empowerment.

Hecuba
After discovering the treacherous murder of her son Polydorus by Polymestor, she took brutal revenge by blinding him and killing his children. Overwhelmed by grief, she was later transformed into a dog, with her burial site, Kynosema, becoming a landmark for sailors.
